Open collaboration

Let’s partner

Bench Labs is an early-stage nonprofit community exploring artificial intelligence in the open. Partnerships are a way to bring a useful idea, a different perspective, or a shared project into a supportive community and build it together.

What we bring together

A partnership that grows with the work

More reach for good work

Partner projects may be highlighted on the Bench Labs website, blog, or community spaces, helping more people discover what you are making.

Practical help from people

Depending on the project, community members may contribute code, datasets, testing, feedback, or compute when they have the time and capacity.

Ideas become shared projects

Bench Labs is largely sustained by its partners. Someone brings an idea, and we explore the most useful version of it together without making the process heavier than it needs to be.

A compact, active community

We are still growing, but our community is active for its size. That density makes it easier to find thoughtful collaborators and keep momentum around interesting work.

The important part

Partnership is not a merger

You keep your own identity, projects, repositories, and direction. Collaboration is independent by default: you decide what you share, what you build, and how closely you want to work with others.

As Bench Labs grows, we hope to create and strengthen more ways for partners to benefit from the network. Those possibilities should come from the work and from the people involved, not from pressure to commit to more than you want.

How we work together

Keep it useful, peaceful, and sustainable

No burnout: no pressure, stress, or hidden extra work. Effortless is efficient.

Be prepared: search and check existing resources before flooding the community with questions.

Keep it peaceful: communicate with patience, respect, and good faith.

Protect the space: zero misinformation, NSFW content, hate, hostility, greed, drama, spam, or related behavior.
